By purchasing a subscription or using any paid service offered through Niyati Astro, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Depending on the subscription plan selected, users may receive access to premium features available within the Niyati Astro application.
The subscription price, billing period, available features, and other relevant details will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Please provide sufficient account or transaction information to help us identify your subscription. For your security, do not send passwords, complete card numbers, CVV numbers, or other sensitive financial information by email.
Deleting the Niyati Astro application from your Android device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription:
- Your subscription will not renew after successful cancellation, where applicable.
- You may continue to access premium features until the end of your current paid subscription period.
- Access to premium features may end after your current subscription period expires.
- Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
The exact availability of premium features after cancellation may depend on the terms of your selected subscription plan.
7. Refund Policy
Subscription payments provide access to premium digital features and services offered through Niyati Astro.
Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable laws, payment provider requirements, and the circumstances of the purchase.
Except where required by applicable law, payments already made for an active subscription period are generally non-refundable, including where a user chooses not to use the service during the subscription period.
