How to Request Data Deletion
You can submit a data deletion request using either of the following methods:
Option 1: Request Through the Niyati Astro App
You can raise a data deletion request directly from the Niyati Astro app.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Niyati Astro app.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Select the Request Data Deletion option.
- Submit your request by following the instructions displayed in the app.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review and process it in accordance with our data retention and legal requirements.

To help us identify and verify your account, please include your registered name and the email address or mobile number associated with your Niyati Astro account.
What Information May Be Deleted?
Depending on the features you have used, the information deleted may include:
- Account and profile information
- Personal details provided by you
- Date, time and place of birth submitted for astrology services
- Kundali and horoscope information associated with your account
- Numerology information and generated results
- Palmistry information or images submitted by you, where applicable
- AI chat history and other user-generated content, where applicable
- Other personal information associated with your account
Information That May Be Retained
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when necessary for:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Security and fraud prevention
- Resolving disputes
- Enforcing our Terms and policies
- Maintaining transaction or payment records where required by law
Any retained information will be handled securely and used only for legitimate purposes.
Processing Your Request
We will make reasonable efforts to process verified data deletion requests as soon as possible. In some cases, certain information may remain temporarily in secure backup systems before being permanently deleted.

Deleting your account and associated data may permanently remove your access to:

- Kundali and horoscope information

- Other saved information associated with your account
